UX Designer (Enterprise SaaS & Mobile)

We're hiring a dedicated UX Designer to help us bring clarity, structure, and flow to our enterprise SaaS platforms and mobile applications. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape how users experience. You'll also help design mobile-first experiences for our products and platforms. This is not a visual design or branding role — we're looking for someone who thinks in flows, hierarchies, and problem-solving interactions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the UX design of a modern enterprise platform portal, optimizing it to compete with leading international SaaS and IT service providers.
  • Research competitor websites, propose layout strategies, and design responsive UI/UX flows that support SEO, conversions, and credibility.
  • Design and iterate on admin dashboards and operational workflows for internal platforms, including approval flows, task management, and reporting screens.
  • Work closely with product and engineering to balance clarity, usability, and technical feasibility.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and annotated specs for both web and mobile screens.
  • Contribute to design consistency across public websites, internal tools, and mobile applications.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of UX design experience (ideally in B2B, enterprise, or SaaS products).
  • Strong command of UX architecture, interaction design, and component-based thinking.
  • Experience designing workflows for complex systems (not just marketing or landing pages).
  • Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Ability to produce and communicate wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design documentation.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers and product leads.
  • Familiarity with mobile-first and responsive design patterns.
  • Great communication skills — you'll be a design advocate in a technical environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in design systems and reusable component libraries.
  • Familiarity with form-heavy interfaces and error states.
  • Past work in industries like transportation, logistics, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Knowledge of usability testing methods or UX research.

What We Offer

  • Fully Furnished Accommodation.
  • Transportation Allowance.
  • A design-driven role with autonomy and room for impact.
  • Direct collaboration with product manager, engineers, and project managers.
